Chipotle Mexican Grill

I can't comment on the food or anything since I walked in, got a look at the place and walked out. It looked like they didn't have enough workers at all (definitely not their fault). They place was a mess when I walked in. It seemed as if no one cleaned any of the tables or the dining area from any of the diners so people just chose wherever there looked to be a reasonably clean seat until there weren't any more. There was a line reaching the door. I could tell from where I was they seemed to be out of or waiting on several items (again lack of staffing is out of their control), and the area where you make the food looked like a good cyclone went through. I want to write a review about the exceptional customer experience I?ve had coming to this chipotle In the past year. I want to give 5???S to the managers (Tay and Joe Joe) that make this store run day in and day out. I always see them working very hard every single day. I would like to mention that by having them here makes this store unique than all the rest. I?m always taken care of in a timely manner and get treated with respect every time I come in. The food quality is fantastic! I love coming here not only for the food but the fantastic customer service and interactions I receive. I highly recommend that chipotle takes special notice on these employees. They deserve it!

Hey I got chicken bowl today 10/23/2022 1:45 PM one of the old lady served me she is so crazy she putting all items very less and hot sauce putting more than chicken and rice even I did not ask anything again she argued allot I am completely not satisfied. She have glasses she not friendly she always angry women this is not first time I visited so many times every time she doing like this

Decided to try your ?new gg steak? salad bowl. The steak was dry and so tough, I had to cut it into tiny pieces with a steak knife. It was still unchewable due to tough fat in the cheap cut of meat. I had to spit it out. The lettus was not chopped see photo and not fresh, no salad dressing given in the to go order. Truly disappointing and not edible. A waste of $12.

I?ve eaten at this chipotle before and the only issue I?ve ever really had is they are a bit frugal when it comes to toppings, but I?ve found that?s the case at most chipotle?s.. well tonight I was eating my guacamole and there was a sticker in it, honest mistake but just wanted to make it aware so employees can be more careful in the future.
