OMG again, this store closed its front line before 6:45pm, so will only accept digital orders. EXCEPT, if the one thing I know for a fact, all digital orders I have made at this store have been cold, sparse on the meat and cheese, and if you made an order with a long duration between your order and your pick up time (everything will be ice COLD. Just close already! OLD POST: Wow this place should just close! This is the second time this week the store closed at some obnoxious time. The sign states closing at 7:15, except the front doors are locked at 6:48. Ive been to this location many times but the crew at lunch time as of 7/2022 they stinks. Dude name Patrick threw my food across the counter because a set of customer walked of the line while he prepared their food. I wish I knew the reason I shouldve left with them. This crew is just horrible new staffing please. Hire people that take their job and dealing with people food seriously. This crew is a joke big time. The food sometimes is overcooked, way too much salt thus leaving the meat dried. They are very rude. They feel uncompelled to follow simple direction on preparing your food. Avoid this location. Upon entry, every single table was covered in filth, crumbs and left behind napkins/dishes/silverware. All of them! They definitely had not been cleaned all day. The 3 guys behind the counter we're laughing together, not doing much and there was no excuse for this, especially with me being the only visible customer. The food was great and my preparer was very friendly to me. I had no place to sit however and even the outside tables looked like a tornado hit just like the inside ones. With just a little tighter management this location has potential. It doesn't take much effort to wipe down some tables and it will go such a long way

This place is cursed. Are you on a Native American burial ground or something? Rarely do we have a normal experience. Whether it's super late online orders, food unavailable, network down, broken plumbing, inexplicable locked front doors at 3pm, lack of staff, no online pickups available on website randomly, and on and on, there's always something wrong here. Staff has always been friendly though.

This is what happens when you have teenagers trying to run a restaurant. 60% of the time we are missing items from our takeout order. Food was ice cold when we picked it up, despite specifying a pickup time (which we were 5 minutes early for). Tried to get a refund for a missing item, but instead was only offered a coupon that I have to redeem in 30 days. Horrendous.
