Chipotle Mexican Grill

Let me start by saying this, I don't leave reviews at restaurants...... ever. I am extremely forgiving to people in the service industry and everyone deserves a second, third, fourth chances. I have been going to this chipotle since it opened. And when it did open, the service was great. But over the last year, this place has earned its very generous 2.1 overall rating, which has to be the lowest of all time for a Chipotle. If the bad service was consistent I could forgive it but its always something different. We order Chipotle often praying it is not this location. This is the only location where I order chips and salsa and get salsa only. Order a salad they leave off the dressing and sometimes ingredients (which are listed on the receipt). you can't call to fix is, they won't answer. can't email corporate, they don't respond. This location should close as each time our order gets filtered to this one, my blood boils as I KNOW the order won't be right as it as not in the past 6 times it was filtered to this. you can't choose your location with door dash. It is not the dasher, but the store... horrid at best.

I love the Chipotlane option, but as other reviews have mentioned, it can take a long time to get through. I'm not too stressed about that when I come over... however most of the orders that I have placed here have been inaccurate. This last one only had the protein, rice and beans... no other toppings. I don't understand how it's possible to mess up an order THAT badly 2/3 of my order was missing from the bowl. PLEASE check for accuracy y'all!

Staff was cool but the steak was hard and too chewy to still be serving. Rice is way too wet and some pieces are hard as a rock. They?re stretching their ingredients under the heat lamps for WAY TOO long. It was lunch hour though, so no idea why fresh food wasn?t prepared.

Eat somewhere else. I have had a to go order and in the drive through line, and it hasn?t moved an inch in 20 minutes. If you HAVE to come here, plan on non busy hours. This is absolutely terrible.
