"I always love my Chipotle. I got a double chicken salad with fajita vegetables, 3 different kinds of salsa, cheese and romain lettuce. It was good but Chipotle, if you ever read this, PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICES! I spent over 20$ for a salad that wasn't all that big."

Went in to grab some food because we didn?t feel like making dinner. I was this close from going off on the entire store. Everybody. The only reason I didn?t was because my wife and son were with me. We walk in and the entire store (all kids of course) are huddled together on their phones. Nobody greets us. Took literally 2 minutes for someone to say something. They whispered amongst themselves like who?s gonna serve them. Looking at us like deer in headlights. Finally someone comes. I ask for a salad bowl. There?s no lettuce for the salad. Bad day for Chipotle! When the door says online orders only ?? you 'd better stay away since that probably means there is only 1 person working all by themselves! Husband and I went there for takeout Saturday 7/30 around the dinnertime rush and found the sign on the door. I didn 't mind ordering online, and I had to pay online too. Ordered a chicken bowl and it was drenched in sour cream and salsa. Barely had any rice or chicken, this is ridiculous. I understand them being short staffed but no way my bowl should have this much sour cream. Never go to this chipotle, 2nd time I have order issues with them
Every single time I order online at this location there?s missing ingredients in my bowl. I ordered two bowls with extra fajita veggies and got none in both bowls. If you?re out of it maybe consider marking it unavailable or let me know when I?m coming to pick up my order!?
