If Mr. Brian Nichols, CEO would have been here last night on 01/10/2022 as undercover at the Chipotle in Pinecrest, Fl he would have not believe how filthy thls place was, the meat food containers were mostly empty, all the garbage canisters were overflowing with garbage, tables and chairs were not clean, there were no utensils and napkins in their containers.It took more than 15 minutes to take our orders and no one was in front of us. We did see employees gathering and talking while we were waiting still in line and a couple of more people were behind us also waiting. Some of the food items did not look fresh at all. This used to be the best Chipotle in the area but at this point I’d drive further away to a store with better service/management. My last visit was a complete failure. The store was missing almost all their toppings, “no chips” even though they were still giving them to pickup orders. Last 2 times I ordered delivery from this store they didn’t have chips and now that I’m in the store they can’t give me any. The person at the front wearing the Christmas ears was not helping and watches frustrated customers pile up in front of her. The whole team had a terrible vibe going and no one looked happy to be there. No more chances for this store.

I ordered the double meat bowl usually steak and barbacoa. I wanted cilantro but non was available. The cheese and lettuce was there so I got those options. I also like the cardamom tea served at chipotle. I wish they have sugar free options but the tea is tasty. Overall there are burrito and quesadilla options. Overall good

I went to this Chipotle today after having a horrible experience at the one in Cutler Bay. This Chipotle in Pinecrest was great, clean tables, they had a good supply of food to serve their guests. Everyone was very friendly as well. This is the service that should be given to customers. Thank you Chipotle in Pinecrest.

chipotle worst! children play with eating around. they waited 20 minutes to get my order. no supervisor.
