Chipotle Mexican Grill

Finally just had to leave a review. This is the worst run Chipotle (or really any fast casual type of place) I have ever been to. They are ALWAYS out of at least 1 thing. Tonight it was 2 sodas, mild salsa, and FORKS. How are you out of FORKS?!?! Of course a spoon works just fine, but it goes to show how poorly this location operates to run out of a non-perishable item. Despite having 7+ people behind the counter, it still took far too long to order. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but it is still a frustrating experience. Will be driving a bit farther to avoid this Chipotle from now on.

First, we were in tune for 30 minutes because the staff was too busy doing online orders and they were not on the people who were already there. Once they asked their order, they took 10 minutes to make the online orders and fill them with the requested ingredients. And in this particular opportunity, one of the workers pointed to me and my wife and without saying a word, only shook her hand to let us move so that she could give the food to another patreon that had made me and my wife really leave as bad enough that we had to make our own order and that we had to make my own crazy enough that

infuriatingly slow service. this place was so great earlier. is the aim of online orders 30 minutes too late to try to stop people with online orders? I am immune-compromised with a small child. I do not make online orders to keep both of us safe and healthy. it would be so much faster, on my last three simply visit to stand in mind. we pick up from here almost weekly, as it is so close to home. they don't mind. also, not in connection with speed, but also with terrible service, my burrito was mostly rice.

I was at this place today at 20:30. it was super packed, local vacation. I (and many others) were annoyed on waiting and disappointed that they were from some things. I was very impressed by the staff. they stopped it. they were fast and polite all the time. I am as impressed as they deal with less than happy customers. mercedes, andra, gabby, anya, naomi and riley have made a great job. really an amazing layer.

the personal here is extremely professional and polite. this location is by far the best place I have ever been.
