Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was exceptional but I don’t know why I had to beg for rice on my plate to begin with. The girl with the glasses and 2 braids filling up the bowls was acting like the rice was coming out of her paycheck when in fact it was coming out of mine. The bowls on the other two customers were extremely scarce as well. This service is unacceptable. When I asked for extra rice she claimed there was a limit on rice. I come to chipotle once a week and have never heard of this limit if a team member wants to send me this policy please feel free since I always ask about normal portion rice and she did not like my request even after offering to pay extra. I unfortunately dealt with extreme attitude...

I was literally disappointed yesterday when I went into this restaurant I’m a vegetarian so I went in to order a veggie bowl and as I was waiting in line to order I seen a man taking the temperature of the food so as he’s taking the temperature of each item I noticed he didn’t cleaning the thermometer off at all so he went from the meats to the veggies and so on, as someone that doesn’t he meat I was so disgusted with that cross contamination.

The employee was rudely behaving and talking back while walking away. I was kindly taking utensils what I need to have dinner and that she comments that you do not need. I also said that I can pay for it, if you want me too but she is was keep talking back. When I asked for manager she said I am the manager.

If I could give it 0 stars I would do terrible staff and preparers. I went and they had nothing but barbecue and rice, everything was empty and it was 6 in the afternoon. An older lady was very rude. I will not return to this chipotle on Bridgeview Harlem and 88 today Tuesday Feb/20/24
