"Did an online order and ordered a steak bowl with just rice, black beans and steak. First thing was the steak was nothing but fat couldn't eat none of the steak ordered extra rice and extra beans. Definitely didn't receive that so needless to say, chipotle is already overpriced and I had to pay $16.79 For my order for delivery and I didn't even eat it. Definitely a waste of money."

I visited this location at 8:35pm tonight and as I was telling the servers what I wanted the first gentleman made the bowl with the rice and beans. Then the next gentleman was moving at an extremely rapid pace and rushing me to tell him what I wanted. I asked him to slow down, I guess me telling him to slow it down made him irrate. I asked the guy to put the guacamole in a separate container but because he was moving so fast and not listening he decided to put the it on top of food. I told him that's not what I said he then proceeded to scrap it off creating a bigger mess. At that point I decided I no longer wanted that and walked out. These people are horrible. They rush you through the line and don 't listen to you at all. Disappointed twice in a week. Was there a few days ago, said a little bit of sour cream and the dude put a ridiculous scoop on there. Went back again tonight and emphasized A LITTLE and the same thing happened. It wasnt even a normal scoop, it was a massibe plump. Food was totally inedible and horrible employees. Definitely not coming back. Welcome to Moe 's!!!!
Staff did not seem like they wanted to be there , when I walked in they were all huddled in the back and displeased looks were on their faces as if I ruined their day. Service was poor besides the young lady that actually worked the register. The guy that made my food definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there. This is the kind of staff we get rid of at my store. If you don’t wanna be there find another job.
Absolutely WOWED by the staff. I visited the Fowler Ave location in Tampa near USF 11.30ish today. The staff had no idea I was placing a take out order for my client, 7 bowls a burito. They were UBER accomodating, helpful patient(God knows I wasn't) but they maintained professionalism delivered exemplary customer service! Huge KUDOS thanks for putting up with me. By the way, food was delish!
