Chipotle Mexican Grill

What worthless people that work here. I ordered online and showed up to get my food and they hadn 't even started it. And I had to wait for 15 min while they made other food. I could have gotten in line 5 times over and ordered and gotten my food faster. And no compensation for not doing your job? Nope. Just go somewhere else, these people are worthless *update* for my inconvenience, Chipotle has graciously gifted me with a free drink.........pathetic

We have been eating at Chipotle restaurant since the first one opened in Denver and this was by far the worst experience ever. Service was terrible as the first guy that took orders was far behind and the other 10 people just stood there and waited doing nothing. Food was cold and the Barbacoa was not shredded very well and had lots of fat in it. I don't think one employee in the store was over 23 making it hard to determine who might be in charge.

Employees behind the counter were helpful and nice. Old food in the chafing dishes, crazy dry rice and Carne asada, and brown guacamole. When I joked about the guac looking brown after my daughter said she didn't want it, the chef wheeled around gave me the stink eye. We just spent $40 for three meals that are poor quality non-fresh food and that no one is compelled to eat. Not at all what we have come to expect of Chipotle.

Walked in to dine in….. I ended up ordering to go. EVERY single table was dirty! The trash cans were overflowing and there was food on the floor every where! The staff was great, and my order was fine….but come on Chipotle HIRE more staff to keep up!!! If a health inspector walked in to this place it would not pass health standard!!!!!!
