Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered here yesterday via the app. The app itself is good. The food here and my experience here is not and this is not the first time it has been awful. First of all, the app gives you the option of choosing a pickup time. I choose 16:10/4:10pm. The reason I do this is I wanted the food hot on pickup. My plan was to show up 5 min earlier than that and grab it as soon as it is in the bag. This way I get hot fresh food. Or so I thought.I arrived at 4:03 pm and went in. I stood next to the rack where they put the pickup orders. Each tier was alphabetized but the workers did not follow their own system placing the orders haphazardly on any ole shelf..If your last name started w a C for example...

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle restaurant. While the food seemed appealing at first, both my wife and I ended up feeling unwell shortly after our meal. We ordered the pollo asada tacos with pinto and black beans, and we couldn't tell if they were bland or possibly spoiled, but they left a funny taste in our mouths. The staff was friendly, which was a plus, but ultimately the taste of the food was quite off-putting. I submitted a complaint to the company office and am currently waiting for a refund, as we paid $30 for a meal that made us very sick.

I rarely write these crooks, how serious 1 every 5 years. but I have never seen such terrible food quality in my whole life and supplied me with resistance that disturbs me. I think this website needs a food control for the quality of the food they supply. my latest order arrived ice cold, the burrito was not even fully wound, pouring out sauce, hardly finding a haw in it and was just a totally inedible moss. this is not an irregular event, it happens all the time. make one fall and avoid this chipotle completely.

Of all the chipotle restaurant I have been to, this is the only restaurant I did not enjoy. They give very small portions on everything. I was really upset and dissatisfied. Barely any rice and the beans kind of taste weird. If you are looking for a good chipotle, the one at the South Bay Pavilion is good and they give you a good amount of food. Reserve uma mesa agora

I ordered through a delivery app and was really disappointed with the quality of the food from this place. I got the Burrito bowls, but they were only half full. The portion sizes were quite underwhelming, especially considering I paid around $40 and some add-ons were missing. This is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from here again.
