Chipotle Mexican Grill

I typically love Chipotle, but my recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the kitchen and food bar were managed by multiple staff members, and their hair was touching the food. The counters and tables were dirty as well. When I requested fresh cheese, the employee simply dumped old cheese crumbs on top of the new cheese before serving it to me. They also forgot all the side sauces I asked for. Additionally, nobody was cleaning anything, leading to widespread cross-contamination of the food. To top it off, the food tasted nothing like the delicious meals I’ve had at Chipotle in the past. Thousand Palms seems like a truly enchanting place to call home, as the locals are consistently friendly and cheerful wherever I go. This Chipotle is no different—the staff here is fantastic, and the food is excellent.

This is a brand new spot, but the food remains consistently excellent. It's smaller than many other Chipotles I've visited, yet it usually isn't very crowded. It's a great location for a quick bite after shopping.

The price for a bowl is now $13 and a burrito is $14? This is ridiculous! I can't believe you’ve increased your prices like this. I won't be coming back to Chipotle again.

My favorite spot for a quick and delicious meal! They really excel at customer service, and the portion sizes are always just right. Highly recommend!
