Chipotle Mexican Grill

I walked into Chipotle and the employee greeted me with, "Hey, how are you today?!" I replied, "I'm okay," but he could tell I wasn't being entirely truthful and that I was having a rough day. He expressed concern without being rude or dismissive. I ended up admitting I was indeed having a bad day and we both shared a chuckle. When I reached the cashier, he mentioned something about my order and offered me an extra item. I was a bit confused and asked for clarification. He then said, "It's on me, ma'am. I hope you have a better day." It's the little acts of kindness like this that remind you that there are good people out there doing nice things for others. It’s a wonderful incentive to pay...

The cashier exhibited a very unpleasant attitude during my visit. While I was checking out, she frightened me with her demeanor and rolled her eyes. It seemed like she might have been having a bad day, but I'm not sure. After this awful interaction, I chose to leave my food on the counter and walk out without completing the transaction. I don't feel obligated to spend my money in a place where I don't feel welcome or where I am treated poorly for no reason.

When they enjoy watching high school friends serve each other oversized portions, only to see them later offer small portions for the same price, it's definitely a unique experience. Just be sure to stop by on the weekend to catch the action!

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and serves with a lot of enthusiasm. The food is fresh, and the service is quick. Each item, including the sofritas, salsa, beans, and rice, is delicious.

The food was decent, but the service was quite poor. It's clear why Fat Rosie operates next door and tends to be busy while this place was nearly empty. I won't be returning here.
