Chipotle Mexican Grill

I remember hearing all of these amazing things about Chipotle, so when I was looking for a place to eat I saw Chipotle and decided to try it. I was terribly disappointed, and left dissatisfied. The restaurant did not look clean at all, there was stuff (dust it looked like) on the floor, the tables weren’t cleaned after someone had eaten and left, and most of all the food was not good at all. I ordered three hard tacos, with chicken, black beans, and sour cream. It was not what I expected at all. The chicken was not seasoned well, it did not taste good, not even half of my taco was full of ingredients, and the taste just overall was not good. I did online order and every other time got a good amount because I got extra everything, but this time and last time I ordered, I got this amount in the picture. I could already tell there was a lot less than usual because it was so easy to shake around. The chicken I tried from a friend's tasted spoiled, and portions are really little now. The taste overall was just mediocre. A shame that it used to be so good.

I'm a huge chip fan, but this is consistently the most disappointing place I'm going to. they are always out of something (salsa, queso, tortillas. the tables are always evil and have spilled food over them. the personal will pass and not even clean it. the old management was much better here, but it really went down in the last few months.

$3 to add guacamole! back close, it's still really good and I'm almost sorry not to spend $20. they did not do the best work to pack our burritos, but it had everything and it still tasted good so I can't complain too much

Never go at night, 2 hours before close and they are out of everything. You’d think the managers would plan properly. Who wants just meat and cheese in their bowl? Good thing your neighbors were open and got my money!
