Best Fish and Chips in Manchester in my opinion, quality produce and it shows in the end product, the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. Immaculately clean and tidy with a small eating area and a nice vibe. Never been disappointed, if you’re prepared to pay a little bit more for quality it’s a must, well worth it.

The best fish and chips we have ever had, and we have tried quite a few!! Friendly, efficient staff, lovely chips, the cod was absolutely delicious, as were the black pudding fritters, mushy peas, curry sauce and gravy! Can’t recommend enough, don’t be put off if there is a bit of a queue, it is so worth the wait!

tried chips at No.8 for the first time and I must say it was one of the best chippys we had! crispy battery and the fish was so juicy and fresh, the broken sausages and chips were also a winner. there was a big snake out there that was a good sign. are looking forward to the order from here again.

fresh, vibrant and modern chippy with a small but perfectly shaped menu and bumping melodies while they wait. had to try the first scalopp, but not brave the broken crème ei! everything was great. would they visit again!

wow this place was brilliant eating definitiw not their average chippy loose on the menu and they can all have dinge boiled in different fat as bark meat drops
