This venue, in a prime high street location, appears inviting, with its comfy seating and fairly stylish décor – but DON’T BE FOOLED – looks can be deceptive! As you would expect from an American style diner, the menu is extensive, with a wide selection of meals, which both look and sound good, and were reasonably priced. But BE WARNED, what you see on the menu will bear no resemblance to what you actually receive! In fact, I would go further, ignore selecting anything, just eat the menu – it will probably taste better! Never use this company. Food was ordered through Just Eat at 8:30pm and expected delivery 25mins however despite chasing them 4 times and being told in one instance that the food had been delivered which it eat hasn't hence why we were calling to which they hung up the phone. A further call was received advising that the driver was outside with the food. So I went outside and videoed the street. Guess what no driver and no food. Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting attitude. You would think with all that is going on right now with the pandemic they would be raising their game to keep in business

Ordered food off JustEat at 9:05pm, was told estimated delivery time 9:45-10pm. Checked the app at 10:15, showed that delivery would be between 10:20-10:35, not that the delivery was even out. At 10:40pm, decided to ring and the place was closed! So not only have we not had our food, we haven’t received a refund. Paid £16 for absolutely nothing. Disgusted with this and will be taking it further! The manager should be embarrassed.

After ordering for the whole family a nice little treat was told delivery would arrive at 9.34pm but arrived at 11.46pm like seriously we were all in bed when a massive bang in door we'd assumed wasn't going to arrive by this point For it then to be cold and awful will not be ordering again terrible

I ordered tonight and rang and asked if they could make me a peanut butter milkshake instead of the snickers one i ordered and they sent me both. Even wrote me a note thanking me for my custom, very impressed and will definetly be ordering again, thankyou was a lovely surprise

Best desert place, good prices, good food. Lovely shakes and a lot better than creams we eat from here regularly a treat for the kids

Got the rocky horror sundae, meant to come with brownie pieces and for 7.99 you would expect more than 1 tiny piece of brownie
