Chola's Multi- Cuisine Indian With Party Hall

Had a family outing to their Cranbourne restaurant. And oh my god this is the first and last time I’ll be coming here. The biryani that we ordered tasted weeks old. it tasted around two weeks old. The grains were falling apart and had no taste of biryani just sad, soaked rice in some curry mix. The rice was barely warm (presumably after it’s sad trip in the microwave). We had to fish for goat in that curry. I’d say it was a super disappointing lunch made salvageable only by the mediocre garlic naan and goat curry. Please do better. If you’re charging these prices, you are obligated to give value to that money. Don’t do these cheap, second class acts.

I’ve been there a few times, two out of the three times the service was lovely, the other time they completely forgot my husbands order and kept telling us “It’ll be ready in a few minutes..” We gave up and left and paid only what we had received because it had been an hour since the order was made and everyone else had finished eating. The food tastes great. Wrong order was packed for Uber eats and when called the restaurant I was told to come and collect the correct order when I had paid for Uber delivery then agreed to deliver the item that. 45 minutes and still waiting. Really bad experience sad the restaurant doesn’t value their customers .

Expensive but food is not up to the mark... good for very occasionally.. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
