In a word AMAZING Everything was great. The service from Selemon, the ambience, the delicious Afghan food, and the portion size. From the extensive menu we had the Number 9 and 10 to Start, both were so tasty, and then for main course we had Number 47 and 33 and again both dishes were amazing. The Chicken I had was tender, moist and so aromatic, it was delicious. The best meal we had during our 1 week stay in Munich. Highly recommended In fact I recommended it to two different groups of friends also visiting Munich at the same time as us and both groups also loved the restaurant and the amazing food. We will certainly return the next time we 're in Munich.
I don't know why trip advisor has a high rating for this place. This is just basic food. starters were all veg based and if you thought you are choosing some exotic main course, you will simply some rice based dish with some meat and more of the starters! The restaurant has no fan or air-condition. Dining in feels like very hot and uncomfortable experience. Service is not great either. I would avoid!
Simply outstanding food. Family with two hungry boys (11 and 13) and we enjoyed everything. The rice and aubergine based tomato accompaniment was devine. My son has severe allergies and the owner really helped us and looked after him. Owner was super friendly and have us a lot of tips for sites to visit. I'll be back on my next trip to Munich!
We were placed on the terrace of this nice restaurant. First of, the food was amazing. Great combination of spices and tastes I haven’t had before. After we finished eating the owner of the restaurant had a talk and made an entire recipe for free just to try! Would recommend 10/10 if you’d like something different in Munchen.
