Chopt Creative Salad Co.

My salad is always delicious, but the overall experience is consistently frustrating. The staff often has an attitude and act as if they don't notice me waiting for assistance. I usually place a pickup order, but when I request extra dressing—politely, might I add—it feels like I'm asking for their personal stash. I was told that I'd be charged for dressings after the third one, and while I would be willing to pay to avoid hassle, I'm not even sure if that's true. Additionally, today they forgot my bread when I asked for it because it wasn't included in my order. The employee just tossed it onto the counter as if it were an inconvenience. I wish I were exaggerating, but encounters like this...

I'm really thrilled with Chopt! I can't wait for them to open more locations even closer to where I live and work. They offer great vegetarian options that are vegan, gluten-free, nutritious, eco-friendly, and delicious! For my takeout dinner, it was an excellent experience overall. The price per person is around $10 to $20. I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend their salads!

The portion sizes have decreased, but the prices keep going up. They now fill the smaller containers only two-thirds to three-quarters full with salad. Additionally, the tables are seldom cleaned. The location in Roslyn is much better organized.
