while chow does not offer a lot of raw or vegan options, their food is extremely fresh. they offer a daily raw cook special and they never know what they will get, but it is always amazing. they contain ingredients that they never think to combine and it leaves them always satisfied or desire more. when visiting a family member in bend, we went to brunch in chow. I ordered the warm multigrain salad with sweet potato and it was so simple, delicious, and engaged! I was pleasantly surprised to feel like eating such a nutritious meal, while some of the others enjoyed more traditional breakfast plates on my table.

the vegan pumpkin pancakes were fluffy, thick, and to die on one. two more paintings were thin, sour tasting and terrible. menu does not mark vegan dinge that they need to talk to wait the personal. roasted sweet potatoes are too salty.

This place was amazing! Gluten-free options and something for everyone. Vegetarian or meat eaters. Would totally come back again. Vegetarian options: The best veggie biscuits and gravy in town!

the restaurant was mostly empty and the wait was long. no vegan menu, you have to divide everything with tofu. large rectangular pieces of tofu fried without season.
