Chubby's Tacos - Reservar uma mesa

Place is an absolute mess with no manager, no bartender most days, I came here for a while, and it has completely fallen off. I see a job posting for a manager, and I apply thinking I could maybe save this place. I was scheduled an interview, which I confirmed three times and the person I interviewing me NEVER SHOWED UP! That perfectly encapsulates this place, it would be great if management would care. Jeffery, this is for you because you wouldn't even have the common decency to not only show up, but to text, call or email me. You're the reason why places can't keep managers.

I've been eating at Chubby's since they opened many years ago. Before it was purchased, from the original owners, Chubby's was the best place in town hand made tortillas and they would grill the carne asada and stew meats in house. Over the years it has gone down hill, cheaper tortillas and more recently, they switched to mushy meat that clearly arrives in a bag and is reheated bringing it essentially to Taco Bell quality. Sad to see you go Chubby's but looks like we are done. Edit: response to owners reply: Nice try.

Taco Tuesday's the Tacos are $2.00 each and well worth the wait, so keep in mind it may take about 30 minutes to get your order on Tuesday. Try them out the rest of the week if your time is limited. You will return!

No surprise here, excellent tacos in a fun atmosphere. I was satisfied with two tacos. The chips are good, too
