I went to this location twice. The first thing I noticed is that the staff don't seem too keen to answer questions. I wouldn't care in any other place, but if someone is working in a children play area, the least they can do is be kinder and not intimidating!! If you ask the staff how things work (as a first timer), they give the short answers and instructions and make you feel stupid for asking.Chucky is the fun part for kids, and he's very attentive to children.The food is good and I enjoyed the wings and salad bar.The carpet is so sticky that it feels like you are walking on a gum!Some machines are broken, and the instructions are unclear hence the need to ask the staff. I was there for my sons birthday. Another party was there and the child ran into my son knocking him over causing him to cry. I told the other mom what happened and that she should be supervising her son. She accused me of trying to touch her son and that I scared him..lol. her friend was recording me and my family...then one of her guests came at me trying to physically attack me....and the managers Ron and Sid did nothing....they didn't even ask them to leave or offer me any compensation. They risked the safety of all those kids in that building by allowing that girl to physically come at me. The security feature is the best, you’re to take a picture of your party before entering and you show it to them when you leave.Game play is expensive. Just under $70 for two kids for one hour of unlimited game play. 2 apple juice boxes were $6!!!It’s quieter than I expected, and very clean.

Took my family here for the first time for my son's birthday. Had a great time! Place was clean and staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely return.

One of the good places for a small indoor game center for the kids. They have good birthday party plans for kids.
