The staff here apparently does not like children with disabilities. And the employees think they can raise their voices at people for no reason when their children are standing right there. Because we were told that we could not be in that section of the. Hold back side because there was going to be a birthday party. That had not arrived yet, so when I ask the manager undoubtedly. My child couldn't be happier with the 60 day unlimited summer pass. However, as a parent, I'm highly disappointed. The staff is beyond rude. I've watched them flat out argue with parents when the staff was in the wrong. I've watched them chase parents (myself included) out the door demanding they return back inside to have their stamp scanned prior to leaving with their child. If you're giving a stamp when someone enters, educate them on what it is for and that it needs to be rescanned prior to existing. The fact spending $300 for my daughter 's 5th birthday party and nothing was explained to me of anything on what needed to be done or what was happening, always had to go find the lady who was hosting our party to me was just a waste of money.
