"Picked up a family combo that was meal and got half and half spicy/mild. Hardly any wait at all, friendly service and nothing off with the order. The chicken was delicious, sometimes fried chicken chains can be dry but this was so moist. The spicy was my favorite, and had some heat to it. Glad to see this location improving."

I'd REALLY LOVE to be able to give this place and their staff as well as food quality a better rating! Truly, I would. However, it's kind of hard to do so considering NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! EVER!!!!! Like what is the deal with that? I literally have been trying to get someone on the phone for the past 4 hours to ask 2 simple questions before I waste my time going down there via bus in this cold weather NOTHING! I am seriously irritated by this because there's no excuse.
