Church's Texas Chicken

We ordered a 12-piece meal that included fried okra, biscuits, coleslaw, and chicken. However, when we asked for honey and butter to go with our biscuits because we like to add extra, we were informed that they no longer give out honey and butter separately; they just put it on the biscuits. I tried to let that slide since the biscuits are good, but then we bit into the chicken and it tasted like cardboard. Honestly, cardboard had more flavor than that chicken. The coleslaw was lacking enough dressing, and the okra tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for a while or was leftover from the night before. The food is excellent, but every time I bring a coupon, they refuse to accept it. They act as if they don't understand English, even though they have taken my coupons before and spoken English perfectly when I've ordered inside without a coupon.

Why you say you have a 25 minute wait for chicken. Don't you sell chicken? Won't be there ever again. Don't go there, unless you got lots of time to waste. I'll spread the word, believe me.

The chicken sandwich is the worst I've ever seen or tasted. It's only half the size of the bun and was burnt. I have a personal issue with this sandwich. The French fries are cold, too.
