Churromania Hialeah Gardens

Not the best customer services in hialeah garden. July 23 around 7:50pm. I ordered two order of 8 pieace of Churro and I only was charged for one. I told the lady, i wanted 2 orderd, her reply, I did not under you very well. then I reorder another one and I asked her how much is exta for 14 pieace. shes said dollar. I asked for refund. shes said sorry in Rude way.

I called to ask a question and a female employee working during 7:50PM on 9/11/22 hung up on me and started declining my calls when i called back. Terrible service. I was going to order and that kind of service made me not want to.

Although these are the best churros in town for sure, service is just horrendous, it always has been. So, if you don't mind meh service and just care about churros, go for it. If you expect any type of decent service, avoid it.

Ok…First of all, fresh hot tequeños at 2:30pm Epic.Loved them.And the sugar cinnamon churros were delicious.Friendly staff, well only interacted with the cashier and she was very kind.Order came out quickly and fresh.

A blonde lady here is super rude and unprofessional, it's not my first time here and always is the same. I asked to other employee if is she the manager and no answer me.
