Really good food and fast service. Ordered the chicken parmigiana and had no complaints beyond the fact I'm pretty sure they gave me a whole chicken; I could barely finish half of it along with all the pasta.Restaurant was clean and warmly lit, perfect for a dinner with a friend or the family. Luckily, my friend and I were sat in a booth with it's own little nook that had swinging doors that closed for privacy which we appreciated because we were right next to a big party.When we first arrived, the hostess saw us struggling to park on the street and moved her car back so we could get in easier which we really appreciated. We were in town for a girls weekend and looking for a place close to our AirBnB. Ciao popped up, the menu looked big and delicious. I’m so glad we came! This was one of the best meals, ever. From the fresh bread basket, to the entrees, to the cocktails. Everything was top-notch. Our server was sweet and patient, the atmosphere was cozy, the portions more than ample. Can’t wait to visit next time we’re in town. My only suggestion is to simplify the craft cocktail menu. It was very overwhelming.

We went to Ciao for our 1st anniversary and it was great. The booths are nice because they provide privacy so you can hear the people you’re with. I ordered the linguine alla vongole and he got the lasagna. Mine was absolutely amazing and I will order again. He loves the restaurant but will probably order something new, as it tasted close to a typical lasagna. Great prices as well!!!!!!

Alexis provided excellent customer service. She was very kind and professional.The ambiance was nice, friendly and pleasant.The food was great. The Monkey bread was top-notch. I loved the Short Rib Ravioli.Food: 5/5
