When you visit a 1 star restaurant in the Michelin Guide, you should not only talk about food, but also about service. The food was excellent and well presented. However, the service was below expectations. Finished drinks are not removed from the table, water is not renewed, drinks orders take more than 15 minutes or are totally forgotten, no one can pour wine and must get up and pour it ourselves. I'm sorry to say he didn't meet our expectations for a dinner that we all were looking forward to. The experience was interesting but unfortunately not at the level of a starred restaurant (and therefore its price). The dishes are good but they want to be original, sometimes too much to our taste, associations not always work. The time of our arrival (early January) apparently also played in our defavor, the restaurant cruelly missing personal and rendering the non-professional service: mistake on dessert, no questions about our wine choices, champagne served as wine contract, more than a 22:30 server, etc. Disappointed for 350 euros despite the commercial gesture at the end (water offered).
