Today, my two sons and I decided to have a late lunch at Cicis. Unfortunately, my one-year-old son does not drink carbonated drinks. After we paid for the buffet and drinks, we realized that the soda machine only had carbonated drinks. I asked the manager if we could exchange the drinks for a free water cup, and he was very friendly and apologetic. He explained that they had more customers than expected and sent someone to the store to get a non-carbonated drink for my son. This level of customer service is truly exceptional!
