Q overall, I had the 3 meat plate with brisket, ribs, sausage. The pork ribs were the star of the show! Brisket was very delicate and tasteful, but a bit over smoked in my opinion, I think that certain brisket got some dirty smoke that would be responsible for the taste. I'll try next time. The sausage was good, I prefer a coarser bow, but it was good. The pages were all brilliant! The beans were excellent!

I just moved to town from North Louisiana and I wanted real Texas BBQ. Looked on maps, and Google told me I would like this place. They were not wrong. That has to be some of the best (if not, the best) barbeque I've ever had! Ribs fell off the bone, brisket was juicy and I hardly needed any BBQ sauce. 10/10 coming back. Unless there's better in town, this is my new BBQ place.

The best BBQ restaurant in the Brazos Valley can be found. Ribs are super damp, a touch of sweetness and not dry, Brisket is great and the sausage has such a good taste and do not let me start on the peach Cobbler

Big brisket, Jalapeno cheddar sausage was also really good. Mac and cheese needed some spice. Fried okra was great. Really enjoyed the stop, will probably come back soon!

Brisket was a little fat, but Brisket is usually. Great smoked taste. The best jalapeno cheese sausage I've ever had. All in all, it was a great overall experience.
