Norwegian delicacies, calf ris, snails salad, bacon and lens and the incontournable Bouillynette (caramelized Apple, vanilla ice cream, placed on a leafy paste). Very nice and friendly service.

It's the third time we're going and I've been disappointed in the kitchen. Maybe I mischoed my dishes. I didn't like the calf's saute to the corsi, or dessert to the bohemian. I put 4 stars because the boss is pleasant and welcoming, it is very clean. It's qd mm a good restaurant, there's no more a lot of them around.
