this is our second year in france and this restaurant in the old town of saintes is a firm favorite to visit with house guests. the fixed price menu is incredibly worth considering the consistently high quality of the kitchen. the service is perfect and the reception is always warm.

this is a cozy little restaurant near the theater in saintes served only the food we hoped to find in frankreich. we could have tried everything on the menu and what we tried was beautifully presented delicious and served with a smile.

easy to find next to the theater and a really great experience. the menu is not excessively long and eating delicious. the restaurant feels friendly and is obviously popular with local and visitors. a visit is highly recommended 10/10

for a quick lunch while viewing. we had both the Formule Express: a great menu with an interesting selection of well executed. virginie and her personal are friendly and efficient. highly recommended.

Worth a detour from the Main Street. Excellent service. Really tasty and good looking food. Both entrees, main courses and dessert. Both meat and fish very well cooked. All at affordable prices.
