Club Cafe - Reservar uma mesa

I’m not one to leave reviews often, but I have to leave one in good conscience for this hotel. For a one night stay, I called in the evening to confirm a 5pm check out for the next day. They indicated that there would be a charge associated with it. Fine, no problem. Half a night rate. Ok, that’s fine. The next day they call me while I’m eating breakfast and confirm that it will be a half night rate for the late checkout. Then when I go to replace my key, they make a fuss about it being a late checkout, but confirm that they will honor the half night rate. Then, finally, as I’m checking out at 5pm, the front desk attendant takes about 20 minutes before she comes out with the assistant manage...

There’s not much you can say about a hotel bar and cafe, but the service, drinks and food were top notch.I landed late on Monday and was starving, so I dropped my bags and went straight down to the cafe/bar.I ordered my drink and the double decker club with fries. It was delicious and huge. It definitely hit the spot.

The shower in the room was broken so we couldn't take the shower in the morning. Only the faucet to the tub worked but not the shower head. The bathroom had a bad sewer smell. The toilet paper holder was almost falling out of the wall. It's not our first stay (we used to love this hotel) but probably our last.

This place is a hidden gem. Nice decor with artwork of mustangs everywhere I looked. It is clean. The staff is professional and friendly. There is no business area, but I was encouraged to email what I needed to the front desk for printing. It was promptly printed. The walk in the back looked lovely.

Room could not stay cool. Hotel was a sauna all day
