I have written in the past reviews on how good this place could be if they just got the service a little bit better and today was the day, the service the food the drink service and a desert were all just perfect. For lunch we had the pizzas, I had a small Mandalay Special & my companion had the chicken , they were both great with a perfect amount of topping and cooked......perfectly. I have raved about the deserts here in the past- they never disappoint- as good as any 2 hat restaurant anywhere, congratulations to the desert chef, the service was quick & attentive without being intrusive - congratulations Club Mandalay in my book you've accomplished exactly what you needed to, I hope you re...

Have been numerous times and their food is amazing. Especially the pork belly! Yummy Had my birthday celebration on the weekend and it was fantastic. The team really went above and beyond for me. The food was delicious. The only thing I heard from my guests was that it's disappointing that you pay extra for ham on your Parma, which in honesty, is not the norm at other places. The wait team were fantastic as per normal especially Toni. She is amazing and a absolute asset to the restaurant. Also Louise and Kristel! You all are fantastic x Thank you for my amazing birthday celebration and the wonderful food. Will absolutely be back soon!

We've been here three or four times now. Food has been great BUT the girls in attendance need some training. Greeting - slow and disappointing. Slow to provide drinks menu and even slower to actually deliver drinks. Ordered a bottle of champagne for my friend and l but waitress arrives with ONE glass of champagne??? We were happy with our meals especially the duck. Ordered desserts - all good! Coffee to follow (stressed HOT please). No - 4 luke warm coffees (which we sent back. Staff apologetic but not good enough.Considering the Bistro was not busy the staff need to lift their game.

A group of friends met for lunch. Menu was fairly restricted however we selected a range of dishes and enjoyed the fish and chicken. We had to order at the desk and the girl was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Service was ok but not a friendly venue. We will probably visit again to see if things have improved. Food quality is great. Pricing a little more than average but worth the extra. Menu needs a little more variety. Carpet Flooring in the restaurant needs to be replaced. Very dirty. Not very appealing. Overall however a nice relaxing venue

been there about 10 times in the last 3 months tried everything and everything is great just wish they would fix there booking system out of the ten times I have tried to book on line have not been successful yet please fix

The best Japanese Crispy Squid ever. Beautiful presentation & fresh produce created a wonderful meal.Will recommend this to my friends & will return for the Squid again. An enjoyable lunch.
