this place is a real hidden gem. it is quirky and cute, has a massive menu with something that suits everyone who eats itself is delicious and the staff is beautiful. we have the sticky chicken pudding (can be the best I ever had, black pudding and haggis fritters to lubricate. then I had the gnocchi with spinat, while my mother had the huh, laek and mushroom cake amazing. then we have everything with the tablet bakery sundae (chocolate brownie, karamell shortcake and klappjack! delicious. I will come back soon, hopefully, as much from the menu as I can try. can not recommend this place enough and it is also dog friendly!

what a brilliant place to eat. a real hidden gem . from the quirky table decorations to the bill that come as a message in a bottle, our meal was excellent. very fresh and piping hot we loved it all and we will certainly be back.

always a warm welcome here, and eating is excellent. the chips should die! I love the wee games on the table to amuse them while waiting for their piping hot meal. Why are they going somewhere else when this is on our door?

Dog friendly, stopped for a drink with our 3 dogs and sat in beer garden in sun, lady came out with bowl of water and dog biscuits, fab
