THE FOOD IS MID. But, I order from here CONSISTENTLY really only because I own a business in walking distance and we are extremely busy, so this is super convenient for my employees and I. I order French fries, from here so often, the employees know my voice when I call! Today, the owners “wife” answered the phone and was extremely snappy, impatient, and rude. Once I informed her I didn’t appreciate the lack of customer service, she asked if I wanted to “cancel the order out”. No remorse. Even after I stated I’m a loyal customer. Amazing food, haven't had wings that tender in years however service is fairly slow to a point where being hungry while waiting is almost torture but I really can't complain with the end product, delicious food all in all.
