Today, I used the new kiosk to order my taro bubble milk tea today. Unfortunately, Leo, DW, and Nick refused to serve me my bubble tea. I feel discriminated against as the only woman of color In the establishment with coily hair.. they publicly refused to serve me my drink after paying for it and insisted I pay an up-charge to receive the item I purchased. It was highly embarrassing since I decided to support their business a few minutes prior to my physical therapy session and over their competitor Möge Tea across the street. COCO I always go to place! But they have the best flavors!! but I went to this location and I asked for pearl milk tea she said it was like (brown sugar). She give me literally milk and bubbles…. If I wanted MILK I would ask if MILK! So disappointed. The place is good, the workers are horrible.
