We were at Coffee Fellows shortly after 10:00 a.m. today and ordered 6 drinks “to go”. The waitress was a grumpy student who, from my impression, was partying all Saturday night. He was very unfocused, unmotivated and unfriendly. Half of the cold drinks on the menu were not available or did not want to be prepared by the waitress. There were no lids for the cold drinks “to go”. We explained to him that we couldn't take them in the vehicle like that. He wasn't interested in that. When we poured the cold drinks into 3 coffee cups with lids, he subsequently demanded 3 x 0.20 euros for the additional cups with lids. When we asked for the manager he said he was the manager, which hopefully isn't...

A nice place for a break, but the prices are already excessive, I had ToGo coffee, the worst coffee I've had anywhere, and for the price of 4 euros, which is quite a lot for such a disgusting coffee. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Staff very unfriendly. Guests are reminded to wear mouth/nose masks correctly and the staff themselves wear the mask under their nose. If my son has any doubts about his order, we have to hurry, the woman says in an unfriendly tone.
