Walking into this coffee shop, the ambiance is beautiful. Their Gelato is beautifully displayed and high quality. Their customer service and food take you in an entirely different direction. As a person who has a food allergy, I was appalled at the fact that a sandwich I ordered came with extra ingredients that were not listed, and then when I asked the employee her response was yes, that 's how we make them here . When I told her that I couldn 't eat this, I handed the sandwich back and the employee did not issue a refund or make any apologies, rather just continue to state that it was the correct thing that I paid for. I’ve been here only 3 times but every time has been such a great experience. Their bagels are actually the best bagels I’ve ever had, espresso is bold yet smooth, prices are super affordable compared to other coffee chains and service is always super friendly!! I enjoy hanging out in the space as it’s comfortable, welcoming and bright. I had cold brew my first time in my only complaint is that I could tell it wasn’t steeped long enough but aside from that this is my favorite local coffee shop :

Not only do they have awesome coffee but tasty breakfast and lunch fare. I personally love their freshly made Italian Gelato. Salted Caramel is my favorite. Decent prices for menu items and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Thanks for the great food and customer service. It’s much appreciated. ?

Taste and service is great, but $8 for a medium smoothie is outrageous, especially when the menu online says it costs $6.75
