Coffee#1 - Reservar uma mesa

Coffee#1 is the last remaining coffee chain that can still make a cappuccino in my area. The Thornbury branch is excellent, very convenient for parking and located on a pretty pedestrianised street. Staff are great and accommodating, coffee is smooth. Chipping Sodbury nearby is also nice but avoid Yates branch and go the extra mile or try somewhere else; sorry but it lets the side down.

The panini was ok. The Eaton mess cheese cake was very poor, base was soggy, the mousse was to. I left it on the table.o soft and tasteless and we could not taste the coulis. Just to finish it all off the coffee was undrinkable, very bitter and most unpleasant

You finally get to the front of the queue but all you are doing is ordering and paying, and then you have to wait again, and for an even longer time, for your coffee. Frustrating. The coffee, surroundings and cake were fine, but this is a fairly ordinary cafe.

Enjoyed our visit at coffee#1. Coffee was good as was the panini. Good range of hot beverages and food.

Fabulous service as ever by staff that are really enjoying to make the best cuppa for you. Well done.
