The restroom was closed, advised by a staff member for a cleaning. This should have been done outside of business hours. We had just ordered our coffee and my daughter and I needed to use the restroom, as we had a 3-year-old and a baby with us. If there had been a notice in the cafe window informing customers of this inconvenience, we would have gone elsewhere. I believe this is poor management, as Coffee One did not consider their customers' experience. If we had not already paid for our meal and coffee, we would have left. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning.

I always used to visit this branch. The previous manager and her staff were wonderful, really cheery, great atmosphere and best coffee in the area. The new management is terrible. The staff and management clearly don't want to be there and are vocal enough that customers can hear it, the atmosphere is abysmal, coffee standards are on the floor, waiting times are a joke and the place is filthy! Please bring back old management as it's a shame how much this wonderful shop has gone downhill!

We decided to support a local coffee shop instead of our usual big chain brand this time. The atmosphere was intimate and tasteful, and the coffee was comparable to Costa. However, the prices were higher and we didn't enjoy the breakfast burritos as much. The cheese and ham toastie was the same as usual and the service was at least just as good. Overall, it was a good experience and worth a visit, even though it was a bit more expensive.

I was one of the last customers on a late Sunday afternoon, but I didn't feel rushed from the moment I walked in. The lady who served me was warm and friendly, and the service was fast and efficient. The roasted tea cake was huge, the hot apple juice with cinnamon was delicious, and I even got to sit by the window. Even though they were closing up by the time I finished, I didn't feel like I was being kicked out. Thank you, Coffee No1. Reserve uma mesa agora

Must be the best Mocha I have ever had. Creamy , smooth and full tasting. My husband had a coffee and he said his coffee was gorgeous . Apparently reknown for their sausage rolls being excellent. I did not have one on this occasion but I saw someone who did. It looked amazing . Thin pastry filled with masses of meat . Will be going back pretty soon I reckon.

I waited for my tea for 15 minutes, but decided to leave when it didn't arrive. The line for coffee was long, and I suggested that making tea should be quicker by simply pouring hot water over the teabag. The supervisor, who was sitting and drinking, told the server that I would just have to wait.

This place can get really busy but it's worth it. The atmosphere is always great. Since the renovation, it's bright and airy. I've seen customers being rude to the staff, but they always handle it professionally. I wouldn't choose anywhere else on this street.

Stopped for a quick coffee and a slice of cake while waiting for the wool shop around the corner to open. Coffee was pleasant enough, nothing out of the ordinary cake wise. The staff were a polite bunch. Reserve uma mesa agora
