Cold Stone Creamery

Still only working the drive thru. No ice cream menu if you don't have cell phone with data. No place inside or out where you can eat your ice cream, except in your vehicle in the parking lot. On a hot day this experience was a birthday disaster causing my daughter a panic attack when they confronted us for eating our ice cream in our own chairs in the shade of the building near our own vehicle when there was no other people at the restaurant. We won't patronize this business again.

They were out of almost every flavor, you can't customize anything, and half the time I'm not sure anyone is there during open hours since the lights are off (this was at 3PM on a friday)... why? Culvers is serving ice cream literally right next door and they are open all the time and have a ton of traffic. Also, their gift card machine has been down for at least three weeks. Before COVID, they had excellent service, then it's just like they stopped caring.

We came in at 7pm to get some ice cream. Service was horrible. Nothing was stocked, they were “out of cones” the lady helping us was constantly talking on the head set to the guy 10 feet from her and obviously having a good conversation. She also tried to talk us out of getting cookies in our ice cream because she didn’t want to try and break up frozen cookies. I should have looked at other reviews before we decided to go...

We should’ve read previous reviews before going. Only 3-4 premade options and the ice cream we were served looks like it was dug out of the bottom of the freezer and was iced over. Also, the gentleman working came across like he was annoyed that he had customers. Sad because I’ve always liked cold stone. Reserve uma mesa agora

Do you guys even serve anything? Everything I asked for you guys were either out of or something was broken? It was 45 minutes before close and the person ahead of me left without anything either. Bad service and terrible management obviously

Drive thru guy refused to take my order at 6:50 when the resturaunt closed at 7, claiming they didn 't want to 'be there past 8 if they took everyones orders ' while taking the two orders directly before mine... 0/10

I had the small cake batter batter icecream and it was the bomb. I was sad when it was all out lol. It consisted of cake batter icecream with brownie and cookie dough pieces. It was about $5

Delicious ice cream! Never had issues getting the flavors or toppings I wanted. There were a few times where they were out, but the workers were always professional and apologetic. : Reserve uma mesa agora

Love this cold stone very close to coopersville, smells great, very clean, staff was friendly and who doesn't love to make their own ice cream choices!!!

Terrible choice selections, only three pre-made flavors available. Just go to Culver’s next door.
