Cold Stone Creamery

This store has serious management issues. I've gone in before to find a completely empty store. After waiting for a few minutes, an employee strolled in the front door carrying a Target bag and wordlessly went behind the counter. My most recent issue, however, was delivery that I ordered a few days ago. I received much less ice cream than I ordered (one of them was a whole size smaller and wasn't even full) and all of the mix-ins were completely wrong. When I tried to call the store to let them know, no one answered. I tried a few times, but never got even a voicemail, more or less a response. The ice cream itself is good quality, like you'd expect, but this store in particular has horrible...

Wish I could give a higher rating. We went at around 8:30/9 pm and they were out of strawberries and apple pie filling. The employees were nice but it was a long wait. The store is pretty small so it's not fun to wait in it when there are many other people inside. The ice cream was decent considering they were out of the main ingredients BUT by the time they made the ice cream it was closer to soup. I usually love Cold Stone but this wasn't their best location.

Can I give 0 stars? This place is terrible. Mixins wrong on orders. Wrong size on orders. Out of stock items. Went into an empty store with no employees, and waited until one wandered back from Target across the street. What is going on? I figured mixing candy into ice cream couldn't be that hard but I guess I was wrong. Don't bother.

You can never be disappointed with the Cold Stone ice cream itself, though it can feel pricey compared to other ice cream places. I think things could be a bit better organized with basic things, like not having people sign their receipts with a thick name pen or filling up the napkins.

I had the birthday cakre remix. Medium size. The woman was kind. The flavor was okey just not good enough for tourists. I mean to sweets and to big portions. Medium size im the us would be the XXL size in europe. Remember that when you buy any kind of things to eat/drink.
