had a demand for ice, so I let my people stop here on the way home. the load saw a little down. I wanted a waffel bowl and the only ones they had were halloween, orange, who were clearly old, as today Sunday, 6 november. I asked if they had others and the guy worked, said no. I asked if it cost extra for the old waffle bowls and he said it was $1 extra. I decided to get out of the bowl. the ice had not a ton of blows in it. the whole experience was just so rough. I won't be back.

Each time I've been here they've handed me the ice cream melted. They need to turn their freezers up. They are not as cold as they need to be. They do this so the ice cream is easier for them to scoop. But by the time it's handed to the customer it's halfway melted.

The HVAC unit was broken, it was dirty everywhere and the service was bad. Worst experience at a Cold Stone ever, my ice cream cone was a sloppy mess. Won't ever return to this location.

our family loves cold stone creams and shake. we're stopping here because they have the best customer service. the resistance is very important and they do this very well.
