Always seems short of employees and the ones who are working don?t look like they want to work. Zero sense of urgency, I?m currently in line and two parties before me have already walked out due to the wait. They close at midnight on the weekend butlast visit around 11:30pm when I arrived the employees were turning people away saying they were closed. I challenged thatresponse with the hours of operation listed and they said it?s because they have to clean up. They also never have waffle bowlsor cones ready or willing to make them. This Miami Lakes location will continue to get business no matter how horrible to visitexperience is, simply because the ice cream is great.

Staff is rude, lacking, and reluctant to work? even when you place an online order. They cancel your order because they?ve run out of 1 topping, out of the 4 you requested. You arrive and they can?t find your order. They don?t even call you to let youknow your order was canceled. Waste of time. No manager or supervisor found. Staff is just a bunch of kids.

Service was awful. The worker was on her phone while we were waiting on her to come to us. Then they were out of milk, which we weren?t able to get any shakes, cookies and cream ice cream, which are my kids favorite, so that was a disappointment, and theyhad no more cones.

Hadn?t been by here in so long and came by the other night, I understand it was a Friday night and it was packed but omg they had such a mess in the counter right by the ice cream. So filthy! I walked out. Not bc I didn?t wanna wait in line but bc itlooked so dirty.

Wow I can?t believe this place 45 minutes to get some service, the place is a mess if it wasn?t that my daughter wanted some ice cream I would have left long time ago.
