Colectivo Coffee Bay View

This definitely used to be a great cafe at a great location however in my opinion it has declined the last few months. The place has not been cleaned in weeks or months even. Crumbs and debris around and under the tables. It's very clear the staffand likely management do not take pride in their work. Many of girls behind the counter are busy scrolling on their phones,even while taking orders. They often miss critical parts of the order like milk substitutions. Bagels are served burnt,breakfast burritos served cold. It's really a shame. Comparing this experience to the other localish Milwaukee chains, it'sreally no comparison. The staff is obviously unexcited to be there.

I LOVE this coffee shop! One of my friends used to work here before they rebranded, and I can never get enough! I try to make it up to Milwaukee as much as I can to buy all the bags of coffee! I know you can order online and have it shipped, but seeing this location in real time and being able to sit and soak it all in, is what I love the most. Now that they are local to Chicago, I'll have to check out their locations closer to me. A little road trip for some delicious coffee and some incredible atmosphere is worth it in my book. See you all again soon!

I love cold brew. This 'glitzy ' cold brew for pride tastes like drinking lemon seltzer through a used coffee filter.. I ordered it before I saw it had lemonade in it. I thought maybe Colectivo knows what they 're doing. In this case they do not. This drinkis horrifying. If I hadn 't gotten it to go and for charity I would have taken it back

I love this Bay View location and their 2 level shop! The atmosphere is great and coffees are always perfect! Had my first Peppermint Latte of the season. Yum! Shared some chicken melt sandwich with my daughter which was totally delish! In warmerweather their is some outdoor seating... just a cute place overall!

Recently went back after having a not so good experience and was impressed! Very kind, fast service. The pumpkin spice latte was awesome and the coffee flavor has improved drastically! Happy to be supporting a union :
