Colony Grill Fairfield

My first time at Colony, but I'd heard about it for years. The pizza did not disappoint. Personally, I like a crust on pizza and they have their cheese go right to the edge, but honestly, that's my only complaint. It was a nice thin and crispy crust. Sauce and cheese balance was on point. And hot oil on everything is the way to go. We got double meatball and hot oil and that was amazing.

I enjoy all kinds of pizza pies and Colony serves delicious pizza. It's not greasy, not large. It feels like a specialty and I used to combo it with getting Pinkberry when it was next door.

I kept getting suggestions to get the thin-crust pizza. The cheese was burnt and the crust was terrible. If you want a pizza with all the bad qualities, get one here.

Great pizza. Thin crust tavern style pizza. Service is prompt and efficient. Great tap selection to boot. TVs always have the games on. Can't ask for much more.

This is the best thin crust pizza! Also, great gluten free options for celiacs- they use different pans and ovens to prevent cross contamination!
