Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. We ordered a variety of small plates, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. The Miso Soup was hands down the best I’ve ever had—loaded with tofu and rich dashi flavor. The Bao Bun was also the best I’ve tasted; it was unique and absolutely fantastic! I chose the chashu pork, and it was so substantial that we ended up with leftovers. We also tried: - Salmon Kushiyaki - Scallop Kushi - Chicken Yakitori - Edamame Dumplings - Mochi Flight Everything was exceptional! My partner devoured everything and loved it all. They are truly excelling at what they do. I can only imagine how wonderful the in-house dining experience must be.

I stumbled upon this place while heading to another bar, and I couldn't resist stopping in. I sampled a complete flight of their offerings, and every one of them was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the Spicy Margarita and the Key Lime Pie if they're still available! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough!

We visited the Colorado Sake Company to celebrate our anniversary and it was a fantastic experience! My wife and I each ordered a flight, allowing us to sample eight different sakes, all of which were excellent. Our favorites were the American Standard, Spicy Marg, and Horchata. The atmosphere was fun and unique. I highly recommend this place! Reserve uma mesa agora

I had one of the best food experiences in a long time, and it truly made our trip to Denver unforgettable! The pork buns and veggie gyoza were absolutely fantastic. Our server, Shelby, was friendly and provided excellent recommendations. We even returned the next day to catch a comedy show, which was a blast. I highly recommend this place!

I had lunch at the Colorado Sake Company on a Saturday, and it was a fantastic experience. The dim sum, sushi, and mochi dessert were all outstanding. The sake—blueberry hibiscus and peach whiskey—was incredibly delicious and refreshing. The service was also exceptional. We can't wait to go back!

I really enjoyed the King sparkling sake; it had a crisp, clean flavor. The sushito peppers were also outstanding.
