This place is a neighborhood staple, after being closed during COVID, its great that they kept everything the same even under new ownership (she was part owner in the past though: . They reduced the menu somewhat but kept everything I always ordered so not 100% what was removed. Plus pies, pies, pies, they kept these beauties as a staple and highly recommend ordering a piece of pie with your meal because they DEF sell out!!! Newest pie I tried recently was the apple cranberry and highly recommend, was more of a crumple style and absolutely delish! We saw that Guy Fieri Comet Cafe had introduced to DDD and we wanted to check it while we were in Milwaukee. Food was amazing, but the service was even more amazing. Brandon, our waiter and Maggie, our hostess, worked together and were especially helpful, friendly and funny! We appreciated her so much. I did not try to be this pain in butt customer, but I had some special requests and they both made me/we so appreciated and appreciated as customer(s). The lime cake is to die. Cookies and Gravy were so unique and delicious. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

We came from Chicago to try this place and it did not disappoint. We sat outside since we had our dog with us and they immediately brought out a pup cup for him. Everyone was so friendly and the service was impeccable. Now for the food. Simply amazing. If you want some great comfort food this is your spot. My husband had the meatloaf which was a work of art, and I had the burger which was a much better version of the In and Out burger. They had a great drink menu as well. All in all definitely worth the trip!

Amazing. I came in holding some flowers my boyfriend picked while we were walking and the host got me a little dish with water to put them in. Every single waitress there helped each other. Someone different would fill our water and then someone else cleared out plates. That meant you didn’t wait for water while your server helped someone else. Food was so good. Their homemade jam is delicious. The biscuits and gravy stole the show. Very happy with everything. Thank you all!! Reserve uma mesa agora

This café is one of my favorite places to eat in MKE. I was here so many times and tried several dishes. All of breakfast, cakes, sandwiches, drinks and more are great. The coffee is probably the BEST... even compared to some of the most beautiful cafes round, and only for a fraction of the cost. They are rarely disappointed. The servers are also only grounded, trendy and real. This is a great place for a cozy meal and recommend everyone in MKE.

All about this restaurant is phenomenal. It has a whole feeling in the wall but is busy when it is open comfortable seating and very pleasant staff. The apps come quickly and cannot be missed with any of them. The Spinat Artichoke-Dip is incredible. I had the Bratbeef that had great taste, texture and great portion size. Fries are perfectly cooked. Everything in the menu is phenomenal. Warning: It can be a wait during peak times

Delicious food, totally love the thoughts in the Veg dishes!! Servers are brilliant and the café itself is very comfortable and picturesque, but still on trend! I loved the living flower on the table, also in the middle of winter. Beautiful memory that will finally come spring!
