having had the opportunity to have lunch on several occasions at the halls counter I was able to apprehend the new very welcoming and warm decor, in the image of the team. The kitchen isn't left. everything is obviously made home and if you arrive too late, some dishes have disappeared from the map. It's the ransom of success. a special mention for the truffled burrata and the brioche way lost bread that are absolutely to fall. wine is excellent and at a reasonable price to troyes! If we had to find a negative point, I would say that we shouldn't be too pressed at noon or then report it to the server. In conclusion, a place where to lunch without hesiter!

on the advice of a friend and restaurateur colleague we're heading to this friendly brewery. Beautifully received by the christophe taulier. a very nice staff a simple and very good quality card. I'm stuck. I have to recognize the excellent home cooking enchanted by these lasagnes with subtle ingredients and first freshness ( mushrooms. spinach. .etc) as well as treatments for wines with glass. without a doubt this place will become one of the favorite drop points. Thank you.I like this kind of rare moments combining the gustative with natural sympathy and combining the good cuisine with impeccable service.

little disappointment since the change of direction and after the departure of stefano. meat always as good, but fried apples matches rather soft. enormous disappointment about the water-swept tiramisu, without any hint of alcohol and no other taste than that of the so-called sugar. recipe to improve! service however very pleasant, thanks to a smiling dynamic waitress and small care with the client but in part.

Excellent lunch at noon. quality products, glass wines carefully chosen by the boss. the mushroom risotto was hearty and very tasteful. Nice address.
