Concierge Lounge At The Westchester Marriot

How do I describe my experience? The facilities are ok. This review is mostly about customer service and satisfaction. Long story short. We stayed for two night (3 different rooms). The hotel was having HVAC problems and the ACs were not working, rooms were approximately 78 degrees. Not all the rooms in the hotel had the issue. We reported the problem to the front desk and the solution they proposed was to open the window . We asked to get a room change and the manager said no, even after the other employee confirmed they had rooms available. We asked to get a refund so we could switch hotels and they said no. Stood here 2 nights for a wedding. One of the worst hotels I've stood at. First 1 role of toilet paper for 3 people 1 bar of soap. Every hotel I was at offered free coffee all day not this place it cost $3.96 cents a cup. No exhaust fan and very dark bathroom. Hated the elevators and parking. The brunch which was paid for wasn't great I had to ask for bread there was scrambled eggs bacon and sausage bagels and muffins and fruit. No waffles or oatmeal. At any other hotel this is free. Continental breakfast which isn't great was better than this paid for brunch.

Didn’t stay on-site, but the conference facilities were great. After our performance in one of the beautiful ballrooms, we discovered that the buffet-style lunch was amazing… delicious food, classy presentation, stunning desserts, and even the vegetarian/vegan options were impressive. Some staff were extremely kind and personable. Actually, even the staff who seemed stiff and aloof still took the time to meet every need we expressed.And they are very good person.

Stayed here for a wedding and the place is definitely worn down. Not sure why the wedding block has people all over the hotel. Dust on fixtures, bathroom shower gel smelled like something I'd use to scrub floors at home. Outdated lobby, unfriendly front desk. I asked for some extra towels and received towels that were supposedly white but looked like they had been used to wash a car! Stay somewhere else.

Underwhelmed by lack of recognition of my birthday. Room has chips and tears. Window dirty. Forgot my requests for extra pillows, and higher floor. Breakfast buffet at cooper's mill was cold. But nice evening drinks. Really had good party experience at Ruth's Chris. Lack of information of any room service and restaurant info on TV.
